An avoidable confusion and controversy is being created and spread wontedly by some people that a union which did not get even required minimum of 7% in the 6th Membership verification will be allocated one seat in all councils throughout the country. If the management violates its own recognition riles for the sake of pleasing Congress leaders than it will have to face the legal consequences which may ultimately delay the formation of Councils throughout the Country.
As per the new recognition rules notified on 26/12/2012 to get one seat in the council a union must have at least 7% of total votes. The rounding of fractions there off will begun only after 7% of votes and not before that. Further one seat means throughout the Country more than 400 seats approximately. Hence it should not be allowed to happen at any cost.
