7. BSNLEU Promised TTA Promotions Telecom Mechanic cadre officials without any Examinations several years ago and also criticized the scheme of Entrance Examination for Non +2 TM cadre official introduced by NFTE_BSNL. But even after several years it did not bothered about the implementation of any of its promises?. However the management struck to its decision of not permitting Non +2 TM cadre officials even to write Examination for TTA promotion. Thus BSNLEU betrayed TM cadre Employees on TTA promotions. Now the same union demand Entrance Examinations which it criticized during NFTE period why this double standard and double speak.
8. Is it true the BSNLEU requested the Management to postpone upto 16/04/2013 issuing order for stopping some allowances to our Employees including transport allowance with effect from 01/04/2013 as per its agreement during 2nd Wage revision and on 12/06/2012?
