ஜூனாகத்தில் நடைபெற்ற NFTE-BSNL தேசியக் குழுக் கூட்டத்தின் முடிவின் அடிப்படையில் கீழ்க் கண்ட கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி வரும் அக்டோபர் 9 அன்று கிளைகளில் அனைத்து ஊழியர்களையும் திரட்டி கீழ்க்கண்ட கோரிக்கைகளை வலியுறுத்தி பெருந்திரள் ஆர்ப்பாட்டம், கோரிக்கைகளை கறுப்பு அட்டையில் அணிதல் போராட்டத்தை, நடத்துமாறு அறைகூவல் விடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அடுத்த கட்ட போராட்டங்களை அனைத்து சங்கங்களையும் கலந்து பேசி ஒன்றுபட்ட போராட்டமாக நடத்த முயற்சி மேற்கொண்டுள்ளது நமது அகில இந்திய சங்கத் தலைமை.

STAGNATION - தேக்க நிலை அகற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.
LTC மற்றும் மருத்துவப்படிகளை மறுபடியும் வழங்க வேண்டும்.
01/01/2007க்குப்பின் ஓய்வு பெற்ற ஊழியர்களுக்கு 78.2 சத IDA இணைப்பு வழங்க வேண்டும். HRA 78.2 சத அடிப்படையிலேயே வழங்க வேண்டும். 01/01/2007ல் இருந்து 78.2க்கான நிலுவை வழங்க வேண்டும்.
பிரதி மாதம் 12க்குள் GPF பட்டுவாடா செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
கருணை அடிப்படை வேலைக்கான 55 மதிப்பெண் முறை அகற்றப்பட வேண்டும். விரைந்து பணி நியமனம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
JAO/JTO/TTA/கேடர்களில் ஆளெடுப்பு விதிகளில் மாற்றம் வேண்டும்.
JTO ஆக OFFICIATING செய்யும் TTAக்கள் பிரச்சினை தீர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
மத்திய அரசு ஊழியருக்கு இணையான படிகள் ALLOWANCES வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
TELECOM FACTORY பிரச்சினைகள் தீர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
நாலுகட்ட பதவி உயர்வின் நிபந்தனைகள் நீக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
SC/ST தோழர்களுக்கான சலுகைகள் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
NE-12 சம்பள விகிதத்திற்கு செல்லும் தோழர்களுக்கு 8 ஆண்டு கால சேவை நிபந்தனைகள் நீக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
Demonstrate on 9th October and wear black Badges
Wear Black Badges and hold mass demonstration on demands day on 9th October to focus the
attention of BSNL management for early settlement.
1. Evolve Bonus formula and pay the same before Durga Pooja.
2. Settle stagnation problem of RMS/Group ‘D’ and others.
3. Settle wage erosion of employees appointed on 1.1.2007 or there after
4. Modify NEPP
5. Ensure payment of GPF every month
6. Pay arrears of 78.2% IDA merger
7. Restore LTC, Medical allowance etc.
8. Renew quantum of allowances of TA, Stipend etc at par with CG employees
9. Modify R/Rs of JAOs/JTOs,TTA, TMS and Rajbhasha Adhikari.
10. Modify CGA rules and do away 55 weight age points
11. Upgrade Telecom Factories and ensure manuf acturing of all products required for BSNL
12. Regularise officiating JTOs as one time wages
13. Regularise all left out TSMS and casual labour ers and ensure strict Impl ementation of labourers laws
14. Change of designation of all cadres taking into account bus iness commercial and technological changes
15. Ensure payment of 78.2% IDA to all employees
16. 50% of present IDA be merged and Pay body be formed Dear Comrades mobilize the workers for success of the programme. Be prepared for the serious struggle.
