The management of BNSL has fallen at the feet of ITS officers numbering about few thousands to make them opt for BSNL. In the name of financial difficulties the management had snatched many facilities enjoyed by our employees including bonus, medical allowances, LTC etc, etc. But the same management has offered many new facilities at the cost of Rs 1300 crores to all ITS officers who have so far adamantly refused to opt for BSNL. It is unfair and discriminatory in nature. Hence all unions /associations decided to organize joint programs as follows.

Mobilize the employee massively throughout the country to teach a lesson to the management which is favouring only ITS officers and not considering the genuine demand of the employees like 78.2% IDA merger, five promotion, SC/ST reservation in NEPP etc, etc. All our comrades and office bearers are requested to organize jointly the above program and participate fully in it.
