Tenders Floated by BSNL

Shri Milind Deora, the Minister of State for Communications and Information 

Technology informed Lok Sabha today in a written reply that the tender for procurement 

of 14.37 million Global System for Mobile (GSM) communication lines for expansion of 

2G and 3G services has been floated by BSNL for the requirement of all its telecom circles 

except Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh which would  get 

equipment under PSU Quota reserved for M/S ITI against this tender. Following bidders have participated in the bids:

M/S Alcatel Lucent India Ltd

M/S ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd

M/S Ericsson India Pvt. Ltd

M/S Nokia Siemens Network Pvt. Ltd

M/S HuaweiTelecommunication India Pvt. Ltd

The tenders-scrapped/cancelled are given below:

93 million-GSM lines tender floated in the year 2008 for all the telecom circles.

5.5 million GSM lines tender floated in the year 2010 fir the telecom  circles of 

Nort & East zones.

Fresh tender has been floated based onrevised requirements, the reply further 

stated.

5 மாநில தேர்தல் தேதியை அறிவித்தது தேர்தல் ஆணையம்!!!

உத்தரபிரதேசம் உள்பட 5 மாநிலங்களில் நடைபெற உள்ள சட்டசபை தேர்தலுக்கான தேதி தேர்தல் ஆணையம் இன்று அறிவித்தது. 


உத்தரபிரதேசம்,பஞ்சாப்,மணிப்பூர்,கோவா மற்றும் உத்தரகாண்ட் ஆகிய 5 மாநில சட்டசபைகளின் பதவி காலம் அடுத்தாண்டு தொடக்கத்தில் முடிவடைகிறது.


இந்நிலையில் மேற்கூறிய 5 மாநில தேர்தலுக்கான அதிகாரப்பூர்வ தேதியை தேர்தல் ஆணையம் இன்று அறிவித்தது.


அதன்படி மணிப்பூரில் ஜனவரி 28 ஆம் தேதியும்,பஞ்சாப் மற்றும் உத்தரகாண்ட் ஆகிய மாநிலங்களில் ஜனவரி 30 ஆம் தேதியும்,கோவாவில் மார்ச் 3 ஆம் தேதியன்றும் தேர்தல் நடைபெறுகிறது.


அதே சமயம் உத்தரபிரதேசத்தில் பிப்ரவரி 4,8,11,15,19,23, மற்றும் 28 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் ஏழு கட்டங்களாக தேர்தல் நடைபெறும் என்று தேர்தல் ஆணையம் இன்று வெளியிட்ட அறிவிப்பில் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.

Provision of another option to Non executives to switch over to revised IDA scales of pay from the date of first promotion between 1.1.2007 and 7.5.2010 on revision of IDA scales of pay w.e.f. 01.01.2007. Letter No. 1-37/2011-PAT(BSNL) Dated 22.12.2011.

கிங்பிஷரை பின் தள்ளிய மாறனின் ஸ்பைஸ்ஜெட்!!!

இப்போது இந்தியாவில் பயணிகள் அதிகமாக பயணிக்கும் விமான நிறுவனங்களில் முதலிடத்தில் ஜெட் ஏர்வேஸே உள்ளது. இந்த நிறுவனம் 27.1 சதவீத சந்தையை தன் வசம் வைத்துள்ளது.


அடுத்த இடத்தை ராகுல் பாட்டியாவின் இன்டிகோ (19.8%) நிறுவனமும், 3வது இடத்தை ஏர் இந்தியாவும் (17.4%.) பிடித்துள்ளன.


4வது இடத்தை சன் டிவி அதிபர் கலாநிதி மாறனின் ஸ்பைஸ் ஜெட் (15.5) பிடித்துள்ளது. 5வது இடத்தில் தான் கிங்பிஷர் உள்ளது.

ஸ்பெக்ட்ரம் ஊழலில் முன்னாள் மத்திய அமைச்சர் ஆ.ராசாவுக்கு எதிராக சாட்சியம் அளித்த அவருடைய முன்னாள் உதவியாளருக்கு நீதிமன்றத்தில் கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுத்த நபர் கைது செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார்.  இச்சம்பவம் பெரும் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தி உள்ளது.

Subject: - Clarification  regarding  applicability  of  rule  for  permitting  the  voluntary
retirement with regard to staff absorbed in BSNL.
Sir,
Vide BSNL letter No. 250-13/2011- Pers-III dared 19-12-2011 that the employees recruited
on or after 1-10-2000 shall be governed by Rule 55 (II) (C) of BSNL CDA Rule 2006 with regard
to voluntary retirement. The erst while DOT employees absorbed in BSNL shall be covered under
the provisions of sub Rule 11A of Rule 37 A of CCS (Pension) Rule with regard to voluntary
Retirement.
It is abundantly clear that the Rule 55(II) (C) is not at all applicable in respect of absorbed
employees. This tends to belief that the other provisions  viz 55(I), 55(II) (b) of CDA Rule, 2006
are also not applicable in respect of such staff whose presidential orders have been issued by DOT
as they are governed under provisions of Rule 37 A of CCS (Pension) Rules.Kindly, therefore, take urgent steps to clarify that the Rules 55(I) and 55(II) (b) can not be
applied on absorbees who have been conferred with PoS issued by DOT.

நடுவண் அரசு கொண்டு வந்துள்ள தேசிய உணவு பாதுகாப்பு சட்ட வரைவுக்கு முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்துள்ளார்
.
 இது தொடர்பாக பிரதமர் மன்மோகன் சிங்குக்கு அவர் எழுதியுள்ள கடிதத்தில், இந்தியா போன்ற கூட்டாட்சி நடக்கும் நாட்டில், மாநிலங்களுக்கே மக்களுடன் நெருங்கிய மற்றும் மறைமுக தொடர்புகள் உள்ளன. 
எனவே உணவு பாதுகாப்பு சட்ட முன் வரைவு போன்ற மக்கள் நலத்திட்டங்களை நடைமுறைப்படுத்தும் உரிமையை மாநிலங்களுக்கே அளிக்க வேண்டும் என்று தெரிவித்துள்ளார். மாநில அரசுகளின் உரிமைகளில் தலையிட முயற்சிக்க வேண்டாம் என தெரிவித்துள்ள முதல்வர், குழப்பங்கள் நிறைந்துள்ள உணவு பாதுகாப்பு சட்ட முன்வரைவில் இருந்து தமிழகத்திற்கு விலக்கு அளிக்க வேண்டும் எனவும் கேட்டுக்கொண்டார். 
மேலும், இந்த சட்டத்தை வலுக்கட்டாயமாக மாநிலங்கள் மீது திணிக்கும் போது, ரூபாய் 1800 கோடி அளவிற்கு கூடுதல் நிதி நெருக்கடியை மாநிலங்கள் சந்திக்க நேரிடும் என முதல்வர்ஜெயலலிதா தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.
