NFTE(BSNL) PUDUCHERRY

 27-09-11 அன்று தலைவர்களை BSNL நிர்வாகம் அழைத்து
பேசியது.


அகில இந்திய சங்க தலைவர்கள், தோழர்கள் சந்தேஷ்வர்
சிங், இஸ்லாம், C.K மதிவாணன் உள்ளிட்டோர் பங்கேற்றனர்.


 அரசின் BSNL விரோத கொள்கைகளாலும்,மோசமான
நிர்வாகத்தாலும் ஏற்பட்ட நஷ்டத்திற்கு ஊழியர்களை பலிகடா
ஆக்கிவிட்டு ,நிதிநிலை பற்றி அச்சுறுத்தலை உருவாக்கிட 
வெட்டுக்களை திணித்த நிர்வாகத்தின் முட்டாள்தனமான 
முடிவுகளை நெத்தியடியாக விளக்கினர்.


வவுச்சர் இல்லாமல் பெறும் அலவன்ஸ் 12 1/2 நாட்கள் சம்பளம். 
 ஆனால், வவுச்சர் அடிப்படையிலான மெடிக்கல் அலவன்ஸ்
 25 நாட்கள் சம்பளம். இதில் எது அதிகம் ?
வவுச்சர் இல்லாத மெடிக்கல் அலவன்ஸை வெட்டியதால்,
இனி ஊழியர்கள், வவுச்சருடன் மெடிக்கல் அலவன்ஸ் பெற
முயற்சிப்பார்கள், அதனால் செலவு இரண்டு மடங்கு ஆகாதா ?
என்று நெத்தியடியாய் கேள்வி கேட்டவுடன் பதிலின்றி
திணறியது நிர்வாகம் ! 


 நஷ்டத்திற்கு ஊழியர்களை காரணம்காட்டி, உபரி என்று
வெளியேற்றுவது கடும் கண்டனத்திற்குரியது. 
மேலும், இதுவரை கடன் வாங்காத BSNL நிறுவனம் தனது 
சொத்தாக நினைத்த ஊழியர்களை வங்கியில் பல ஆயிரம் 
கோடி ரூபாய் கடன் வாங்கி வெளியேற்றுவது புத்திசாலித்
-தனமான செயல் அல்ல ! வட்டி கட்டியே நொடிந்துவிடும்
நமது நிறுவனம் !! என்று வாக்குவாதம் செய்தனர் நமது 
தலைவர்கள் ! கடன் வாங்கும் உத்தேசமில்லை என்று 
கூறியுள்ளது சற்று ஆறுதலான விஷயம்.


 இதுவரை யாருமே கேட்க துணியாத வினாக்களை 
நமது தலைவர்கள் நெத்தியடியாக கேட்டுள்ளனர் என்பதே 
இக்கூட்டத்தின்சிறப்பு

FORMAL MEETING WITH DIRECTOR (HRD) :- On 27.09.2011 a delegation of NFTE-BSNL met the Director (HRD) and discussed various issues of importance including the proposed VRS to employees who have completed the age of 45. NFTE – BSNL was represented at the meeting by Comrade Islam Ahmed, Chandeswar Singh, C.K. Mathivanan and Rajpal. The Management side was represented by PGM (SR), GM (Estt) and GM (Restg). At the outset NFTE-BSNL protested for the arbitrary order issued on 5 the September, 2011 withdrawing certain facilities enjoyed by the employees. NFTE-BSNL demanded immediate reversal of the said order. Regarding VRS proposals NFTE-BSNL strongly objected to the policy of retrenchment through VRS in violation of assurance given to the employees when corporatization decision was taken NFTE-BSNL will mobilize the employees to oppose and defeat the policy of VRS. The coimbature NEC meeting will discuss in detail and decide the future course of action. We will go for struggle, if need be. Get ready. 

The BSNL management has proposed on 27-9-2011 VRS compensation on Gujrat Model i.e. 35 days pay + IDA for each completed year of service. This too on receipt of money from Govt. The Company will neither take loan from bank nor will disinvest. The Matter will go to the Cabinet also. The NFTE has totally rejected the proposal of retrenchment through VRS as it is against the commitment of Govt of 8-9-2000 at the time of Corporatisation.
