5th Verification and NFTE’s approach:-
  1. NFTE canvassed with malice to none.
  2. NFTE canvassed without grudge or ill feeling with any one.
  3. NFTE decided to apprise the workers present ground realities.
  4. NFTE told the workers about non-performance of BSNLEU.
  5. NFTE narrated how the BSNL CDA Rule 2006 framed in BSNLEU regime is dangerous.
  6. NFTE told the workers an employee can be retired after 55 years of age.
  7. NFTE told the employees that no appeal or petition is permissible.
  8. NFTE mentioned the CDA Rule has made the job of employee’s insecured.
  9. NFTE told the staff pension order has been diluted in BSNLEU regime.
  10. BSNL Company has slided down in 6 years and today it is in loss.
  11. No expansion has taken place in six years.
  12. Corruption has increased and BSNLEU gave clean chit to Shri A. Raja, former Communication Minister in spectrum Allotment scandal.
  13. GOI Orders of 02/04/2009 for 78.2% IDA merger could not be clinched by BSNLEU in Wage Agreement of 15th January.
  14. BSNLEU propagated for 5 years wage revision periodicity but not get.
  15. Transfer Industry progressed in BSNLEU period of 6 years with full connivance of some rudderless and corrupt SSA Heads.
  16. Working atmosphere has been completely spoiled and polluted.
  17. BSNLEU brought punishment Scheme instead of Promotion Scheme for Group ‘C’ and ‘D’ staff.
  18. Employees (RMs, TMs and TTAs) denied opportunity to appear in examination for promotion to TM, TTA and JTO cadres respectively etc.
